Mujeres 2000 is an organization that works for the social, cultural and economic development of impoverished neighborhoods.We support families living in poverty and vulnerability that want to alter their present situation and invest in their future, building on the values of trust and responsibility.
We offer loans and assistance for microenterprises, construction or house renovations. In this way, we help families to build up microenterprises to increase their income and improve their standard of living.
Additionally, we offer workshops, courses and educational scholarships because we believe that the investment in personal skills and expertise is crucial for the sustainable development of our neighborhoods.
And we are in continuous search of new services and opportunities to reach out to these communities in order to help in their long term development.
